Please note that amended association bylaws include some streets not part of the original Barclay Downs subdivision. Homes within our association boundaries may vary as to deed restrictions. Also note that these amended boundaries differ from Barclay Downs Swim and Tennis Club's membership boundaries. Please check with the Pool for membership eligibility.
Beginning point which is Colony Road at Runnymede and which proceeds down Colony to Wickersham Road to Ayscough Road, then south on Ayscough to it's dead end at Glen Terrace, then through Barclay Downs Swim and Tennis Club to Barclay Downs Drive, then west on Scofield to Topping Place, then north on Topping Place to Briar Creek (including all houses on Moncure Drive), then along Briar Creek to Sagamore Road, along Sagamore to Runnymede Lane, then east on Runnymede to beginning point. Lots immediately adjoining the roadway shall be included in BDHOA except those lots on Colony Road and Runnymede Lane.
