The Barclay Downs Homeowners Association is a membership organization open to all homeowners in the designated area.  Only $15 per year, your dues help maintain our website and emailing capabilities, print and mail periodic flyers, newsletters, support our crime watch effort and fund various social, beautification and special needs projects as determined by the Board and membership.  Only paid members may vote in elections and have a voice in the organization.  Thank you to the 161 families that have joined this year.
